being in a journalism course, there is no such thing as no articles.

after finishing my ORIGIN article, i'm on a deadline for another one - Health Serve

one after another, it's a never-ending battle :(

anyways, for health serve, we had to interview foreign workers.

our group went to geylang to try and interview them.

i would say: SUCCESSFUL!

we scored interviews with volunteers in health serve and i do find it really inspiring just talking to them.

my outmost respect goes to them.

the fact that they put other people before themselves, before their life- truly makes you question yourself.

"what have you done to help those in need?"

it really feels shitty to know that i am not doing anything to help those who need my help.

these people are putting their life on a hold to do just that.

and it goes to show how selfish one can be.

and the most important thing is - they do it just to put smiles on people's face.

they don't even do it for the money or fame or recognition.

they just do it because they believe in offering their services to those who need them.

it's inspiring, it really is.

definitely gives you a whole different outlook on life.

like, i definitely want to participate in using myself as a useful tool to the society.

i started working at royce today.
OMG FIRST DAY, of course i was breaking in sweat.

there was chocolates to remember, liquor content, which chocolate in which fridge.
you would think it's just a simple you ask and i give process.
it's more like..

obviously, we missed out ALOT in each other's life which is seriously upsetting

but still glad that we made time to meet up despite our busy schedule.

went to east coast park for dinner with my indian side of the familia.
cause we were all running low on deepavali spirit so we decided to go for a big dinner instead.

so chalet was of course, booze everywhere.

i was madly intoxicated with alcohol and had no control over my body & actions.

i vomited about 7 times, kept rushing to the toilet.

and thank god for siti masturah because she was the one who held my hair when i was vomiting.

not to mention, i almost fell while running to the toilet and again, siti caught me.

she held my hands so that i would stand properly.

and yes, i vomited on my legs and she was the one who helped me wash it off.

i must say, august was not a bad month.
